Have you ever been struck by nightmares about quitting your job? You need not worry about that because you are not alone. A survey, conducted by a software company Intuit, shows that nearly 67 percent employees are constantly thinking about quitting their jobs. Well, not all of them would actually take an initiative and quit. So, what exactly turns professionals into quitters? Now that's really tricky because it totally depends on whom have you considered.

On Your Dream Road

There have been people who have walked away from their jobs in spite of having a perfect one. Even though there was nothing wrong with the job, a writer ones felt like he had a flash of clarity. Clarity was not in its literal sense. It made him analyze what his career path might be if he continued being what he was. It was then that he realized that he actually want to be someone else. And that's how he went to pursue his long time passion and ended up being a wine expert. Had he not quit, he would not have ever been able to live his passion and enjoy his work without involving sacrifices.

In Quest of Break and Wisdom

It might seem tough to leave a job which sounds glamorous and impresses people around the world. Sometimes all you need to do is follow your instincts and that will lead you to the right place you belong. If there is belief, there is opportunity and if there is sanity there will be success. Quitting such a job might be a hard decision to take but you must realize that if you don't, you might lose an opportunity. A television artist packed her bags and headed towards success. She is currently a freelance and believes that hard decisions pay off.

Beat the Exhaustion

An IT project manager in Manhattan never knew she was actually tired of her job and wanted to quit it soon. It was only when she was on a sabbatical that she realized she no more wanted to do what she was doing. She did not want t be responsible for two organizations at the same time. Handling two bosses (company's boss and the client) were making her go sick and tired. After returning from the sabbatical, she went on to become an independent contractor in Manhattan. Today she is working happily as per her convenience.

Unless you think and rethink over the idea, of where exactly your current job would take you 10 years from now, you will never be able to use your true potential. Working on something that interests you the most will make you more efficient and you will be able to yield more productivity. Sacrifices for the job that doesn't interest you will look like a whole lot noisy streets which ca never give you a peaceful sleep.
