Senior Software Engineer Jobs

A senior software engineer develops test benches for hardware verification, reviews test plans and defines test benches for software libraries and validates the project plan. It is the responsibility of a senior software engineer to investigate bug report, implement and test all bug fixes and writing, monitor and revise the entire installation, configuration and support documentation and ensure that it is updated on regular basis. A senior software engineer has to ensure that the tasks are defined and implemented in time and that the codes are written, tested and integrated with the rest of the project code base and version control system. A senior software engineer should be well conversant with IM protocols, server side Java, HTML, XML, WSDL, SOAP web technologies, Linux/Unix, internet protocols, internet systems, UML and OOAD ,version control and defect tracking systems and anti-spam and anti-virus techniques.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required for this position along with experience in this domain and good communication skills.
