But as the market tightens for pharmacies, the benefits for pharmacists will expand. Companies will try to woo them with salaries ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, bonuses, and tuition reimbursements. Says one pharmacy student of eager companies, "There's all kinds of job expos, emails, drugstores offering us free gifts, companies offering internships. I can pretty much go anywhere in the country and have a job."
