In the rest of the nation, job growth remains slow. However, there is one sector in which job growth activity, despite location, remains high. According to the president of NPA Data Services in Arlington, Va., Nestor Terleckyj, "When you look at where jobs are created and growing, it's all services." And this can include customer service, healthcare, legal services, and accounting services.
Where job growth is slowest is in agriculture, manufacturing, and mining, though with a weak U.S. dollar, American goods might appear more appealing to overseas customers, helping those companies that export these sectors' products.
