Here's a lesson: One of the country's fastest-growing career sectors is education.

Score an A+ job by exploring these hot education-related jobs.

Education Administrator

Finding work in organizations ranging from public and private schools to correctional institutes, education administrators ensure that curriculum standards are met, budgets are set, and education programs are running smooth as butter. Though a master's degree or above is usually required to land an education administrator job, those who do will have no problems paying back student loans. According to Payscale.com, the average starting salary for an education administrator is $40,915, and those who stay on for just five years can expect an average $10,000 raise.

School Superintendent

Those who make it to the top of the education administration ladder will find themselves in the green. According to the American Association of School Administrators, the average school superintendent salary is $121,155, with deputy superintendents earning $118,281. Though superintendents usually hold a master's in education administration (and frequently a doctorate as well), requirements for the position vary from locality to locality. While superintendent compensation packages can reach well over $200,000, according to a study conducted by The Washington Post, those seeking the coveted position can expect cutthroat competition.

Technology Instructor/School Computer Specialist

Forget being limited to the school system. Those trained in the art of teaching the ins and outs of the latest educational software can find jobs in public, private, and nonprofit sectors. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the job market for school computer specialists is expected to grow 15.7% by the year 2016, giving recent grads an array of options when it comes to choosing their geographic location and work environment. Though candidates can break into the field with a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field and some teaching experience, they'll be paid as if they're already pros. Simplyhired.com reports that the average yearly salary for a technology instructor hovers at $51,000.

Librarian

Get ready to hit the books. The BLS reports that the median salary for an elementary or secondary school librarian was just over $50,000 while those working in higher education landed approximately $52,000 a year. In addition to working within the school system, librarians also find work in both private companies and federal agencies where the average salary for those in managerial library positions sits at $80,000 a year. The good news for those thinking of breaking in is that an overwhelming number of current librarians are expected to retire in the next two decades -- more than two out of three librarians are age 45 or older -- and the educational requirements to get the job are reasonable. Though 14 states require librarians to hold a master's in education or library science, many only require librarians to pass a certification test.

Special Education Instructor

According to Education Week magazine, among the country's most highly sought-after teachers are those skilled in special education. In addition to receiving a median salary of $47,446 as well as sweet job benefits, special-ed instructors will also have their choice of job location. The BLS reports that the field is slated to grow by over 70,000 jobs between now and 2016, giving special education teachers their pick of where they'd like to work. Though the field requires a bachelor's degree and a teacher license to break in, candidates shouldn't sweat about taking out student loans to pay for training. Thanks to the Teacher Loan Forgiveness Program, special-ed instructors who teach in at-risk schools can get up to $17,500 of their federal student loans forgiven.
