This is an interview scenario in company lobbies. Interviews are stressful for many. Why do interviewees become stressful? Because they fear rejection and everybody wants to be selected. So interviews make them sweat a lot.

What appears good may not be so. Hence research whether the company is suitable for you and whether you would like to spend most of your life there.

You should practice breathing exercises before you attend an interview so that you can quietly resort to this breathing technique when you are struck by interview stress. Interviews may even cause panic attacks if the fear is very strong. You can as well attend yoga sessions and visit meditation centers to practice techniques to overcome stress. This preconditioning does wonders in dealing with interview anxiety.
Don't get dejected
Pre-interview preparation is absolutely necessary. You might have attended half a dozen interviews in the past two months and you might have been a runner up twice but not has received any offer. Don't get dejected.
These days competition is very tough and rejection is perhaps the order of the day. You must do everything possible to sell yourself through serious preparation. Consider yourself as a product and showcase what you can do for the employer. Can you successfully stage a performance without practice? There is no point in fearing the interview. Make serious preparation and you feel confident to face any interview.
