New schedule
After sometime with your new job, you have to make an informal schedule for your personal work also. Make a list of your personal commitments and prioritize them. This may involve lifestyle changes. As you may not be able to take care of your kids after they come from school, you have to make alternative arrangements for their after-school care. This is just one instance only; there may be many other such issues that have to be addressed. Redistribution of family work may become necessary or you have to hire outside help if you can afford.
