Don't overload your system: Ways to make money are many that don't need physical labor and long demanding working hours, say some life coaches. If you can write well, pick up a few writing assignments and make money without mush physical strain. So the second job should not be demanding.
Organize yourself: you must be able to organize yourself well, so that you don't waste time and get into frustration trap because of not able to meet the deadlines and targets. If you want do two jobs, you must get the skill of managing your time.
Work-life balance: Time management is very crucial for work-life balance. Set apart enough time in a week for yourself to let your body regain the energy spent. Multitasking gets you money in the short term, and in the long term, the loss you suffer will be tremendous because you may not be able to hold any job owing to heath problems.
Go for what suits you: Select a second job that doesn't tax you the most. Go for such a job you can handle from home after working the full-time job. You can even opt for full week-end day. But be sure to keep some time at the week-end to do something for fun, if you want to avoid a stressed out feeling.
Be honest: Have an honest talk with bosses of both your jobs in order to see to it that one doesn't start interfering with the other. Don't do any job surreptitiously as you may lose your full-time job if your boss finds out that you are doing a second job.
Always have a long-term vision. Nobody wants to do two jobs lifelong. Set goals on how and when you reach your goal. To this end, work every day to reach your set goal. This way you will be able to enjoy your work.
