Jerks do not have any place in today's world of modern business and they are liable for higher amount of damages than the worth of them. Jerks can be dangerous for the foundation of an organization. Many companies and peoples are now starting to recognize it and trying to over come it rapidly.

Jerks are found in each and every level of organization:

Every workplace should consider some anti-jerk approach to clean them out. There are no specific rules to get relief from jerks; those can make major damages to your organization and you too. Though there is no miraculous solution but some simple steps that you can follow and the damages caused by the jerks. The essential thing is to avoid appointing such persons to your organization who has the symptoms of becoming a jerk. The personnol manager must be strictly advised to take proper precautions while taking a new appointment. Highly skilled candidates having the signs of jerks will put down the rank and should not be selected for work of the organization. Hiring jerks should be stopped for better result of the organization. Jerks hold a high secret cost as they only at a point to damage the whole organization. So it's essential to deal perfectly to jerks at office.



Jerks are dangerous for the organizational health:

Jerks have the tendency to make the other people unhappy at the time of work and cause an increasing in stress. Jerks always affect the motivational factors of the others surrounding them; and other hand jerks create more and more jerks which will be harmful to the organization. Jerks slow down the team spirit and team work too. Therefore, jerks are very harmful for the foundation of the organization. An organization always detects the jerks too late, that's why at that point of time it's became hard to uproot them from the deep.

Sometimes jerks are tolerated by employees and for that they can be respected along with notable as managers, but this is not being treated as a good thing rather it can be said that it's a big mistake. Jerk leaders are more dangerous than the jerk employees as they will create bigger problems. They can make more and more people unsatisfied at work. A Brazil based company made an innovative idea for the elimination of the jerk mangers. The employees are given the right to choose the leader for themselves and that worked for that organization but it might not be the solution for removing the jerk leaders. Everybody who annoys you at work cannot be termed as jerk. Sometimes a few people will annoy you for the purpose of responsibility.
