Magazines have started rating it in the top ten locations for outdoor enthusiasts. A bit of a college town, you'll find art galleries, natural food stores and rock climbing gyms next to each other. Sitting on the shores of Lake Superior, Duluth is a town with lots of open green space. In winter, ice skating, cross country skiing and downhill skiing are just a hop and a jump away. Minnesota Real Estate Minnesota real estate prices are generally reasonable when compared to the rest of the country. A home in Rochester will set you back in the $210,00 range, while you'll pay in the $380,000 range in the twin cities.
