A Centennial, CO-based law firm is in search of a seasoned litigation attorney with a focus on civil matters. This opportunity is ideal for a legal professional with five or more years of litigation experience who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings critical thinking to complex disputes, and values delivering ethical and effective advocacy for clients.

Duties:

• Deliver strategic legal services across a wide range of civil litigation cases

• Prepare and argue motions, attend hearings, and represent clients in court proceedings

• Perform detailed legal research and draft persuasive memoranda, briefs, and pleadings

• Collaborate with team members on litigation strategies and case management

• Maintain organized case files and manage legal deadlines with precision

• Participate in internal legal strategy sessions and contribute to team development initiatives

• Communicate with clients professionally and empathetically throughout the legal process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling civil litigation matters

• Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado

• Demonstrated courtroom experience, including hearings and motion practice

• Proven ability to independently manage a litigation caseload

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission and good standing with the Colorado Bar

Skills:

• Legal research and drafting proficiency

• Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving

• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal engagement

• Comfortable with legal technologies including Mac/Apple products, case management platforms, Google Suite, Adobe, and Microsoft tools

• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously
