Requirements

• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice and translate legal analysis into actionable guidance.
• Proficient in legal research using both traditional and digital tools.
• Effective negotiation skills for settlement discussions and dispute resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including precise drafting and confident presentations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Prior civil litigation or defense-side experience is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
