A law firm is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Senior Business Litigation Associate Attorney in Orlando, FL. The successful candidate will work closely with partners who represent various clients, including hospitality companies, real estate developers, property owners, general contractors, and other Fortune 500 companies in diverse and complex business disputes.

Job Overview:

• Work closely with partners to prepare cases for trial.
• Represent clients in diverse and complex business disputes.
• Collaborate with a team of partners in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Prepare cases for trial, including conducting legal research, and drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in litigation matters.
• Assist partners with case management and strategy development.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in business litigation.
• Trial experience is a must.
• Membership in the Florida Bar.
• Top academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Organized, diligent, and comfortable appearing in court.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Membership in the Florida Bar.

Skills:
