The candidates must have a can-do, anything-is-possible, the client-comes-first-attitude with the ability to work onsite in our corporate office; Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Under the direction of an Attorney, the Law Clerk will become familiar with employment-based immigration laws. Processing/Drafting H-1Bs; Utilize web-based immigration case management system and database continuously and accurately; Conducting Legal research; Compiling supporting documentation; Writing detailed persuasive letters; Should be 1L, 2L, or 3L Student; Should have Experience with a case management system (such as INS Zoom soon to be Litify, Tracker, or LawLogix) as well as MS Excel and/or Google Docs.
