Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence

• Conduct legal research, case analysis, and due diligence

• Participate in hearings, negotiations, mediations, and client meetings

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case development

• Provide practical and strategic legal counsel tailored to business clients

• Maintain and build client relationships across various industries

Requirements

• 2 to 10 years of active legal practice

• Experience in both litigation and transactional law preferred

• Strong legal writing and research capabilities

• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple assignments

• Commitment to high-quality legal service and professionalism

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California

• In good standing with the California State Bar
