• Manage trust and probate administration from initiation to conclusion

• Advise fiduciaries and beneficiaries on legal obligations and estate matters

• Collaborate on complex legal scenarios involving intergenerational transfers and contested estates

• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal laws

• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and practice development initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in estate planning, trusts, and probate

• Deep understanding of California probate procedures and trust law

• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive client relationships with discretion and professionalism

• Strong legal writing and research proficiency

• Effective oral communication and client advisory skills

• Reliable judgment and attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California
