Duties

• Handle all aspects of cases, including responsive pleadings, discovery, and depositions.
• Strategize and evaluate cases under shareholder supervision.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses.
• Negotiate case settlements.
• Prepare for and attend mediations.
• Engage in trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients and other counsel.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in health law or related fields.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage day-to-day case activities efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri.
