Duties

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct client consultations and prepare for hearings.
• Prepare for and conduct or defend depositions.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Assist with trial preparation.
• Manage all aspects of discovery.
• Work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and paralegals.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in New York; federal admission is a plus.
• Familiarity with NYSCEF, E-law, and PACER.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
