Location:

• Atlanta, GA

Duties:

• Conduct client and insurance adjuster communications by phone

• Negotiate settlements for personal injury cases (primarily motor vehicle accidents)

• Attend and participate in ongoing internal legal education programs

• Learn personal injury processes including valuation, negotiation, and client management

• Build foundational litigation skills through mentorship and structured learning

• Handle low to moderate value cases while developing toward more complex litigation work

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia

• Should have 3-5 years of experience

• Strong verbal communication skills, especially by phone

• Desire to build a long-term career in personal injury law

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to continuous development

• Willingness to engage in structured learning and performance reviews

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar
