The selected candidate will engage in dynamic casework from inception through resolution, operating within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Duties:

• Oversee a docket of civil litigation cases from pre-litigation through trial or settlement

• Provide strategic legal advice on employment law, real estate, and community governance matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda

• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and mediations

• Maintain active communication and foster trust with clients

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and firm leadership on case strategy and execution

• Conduct legal research and factual investigations relevant to assigned cases

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling civil litigation and employment law matters

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex case files independently

• Track record of effective courtroom and negotiation skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Proven aptitude for collaborative work within multi-attorney teams

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Arizona in good standing
