A well-established and expanding law firm is seeking an experienced and passionate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for its Phoenix, Arizona office. This full-time position involves managing a litigation caseload from intake through trial, advocating for plaintiffs in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong courtroom and negotiation skills, demonstrate compassion toward clients, and bring a proactive approach to case strategy and resolution.

Location:

• Phoenix, Arizona

Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation matters from inception through trial

• Conduct initial and ongoing client meetings to discuss case facts and progress

• Communicate regularly with clients, providing case updates and strategic guidance

• Negotiate with insurance companies on settlement demands and offers

• Evaluate case value, liability, and potential legal outcomes

• Prepare for and serve as first-chair in trial proceedings

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Collaborate with legal support staff for efficient case handling and preparation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, including first-chair trial experience

• Strong background in personal injury law and case evaluation

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a full caseload

• Collaborative and team-focused work ethic

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the Arizona Bar in good standing

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
