Duties

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in North Carolina.
• Minimum of one year of experience in landlord/tenant dispute resolution.
• Proficiency in appearing before Small Claims and District Court.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop legal strategies and provide case updates.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
