Licensure Enrollment Counselor

The candidate sells company products to prospective students by assessing their needs and recommending products that will enable students to meet their personal goals. Will provide ongoing feedback to managers and participate in strategic initiatives that improve the business results of the sales team. Reach sales targets by receiving inbound contacts and making outbound contacts to prospective students this includes telephone and digital channels. Build mutually beneficial relationships through a consultative approach that leads to top-line growth. Drive top-line growth while being empathetic and maintaining customer focus. Utilize test prep expertise and persuasiveness to overcomes obstacles to sales. Utilize metrics and key performance indicators to set and reach personal goals. Bachelor's degree is preferred. J.D. degree from an accredited Law School is desirable. Prior sales experience is necessary. Must have excellent presentation and public speaking skills in a call center environment, ability to provide a comfortable sales environment for prospective students. Should have ability to work a flexible schedule that will include nights and weekends. Excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy needed.
