Duties

• Draft and negotiate commitment papers and security agreements.
• Prepare and review credit agreements and loan documents.
• Provide legal advice on UCC matters.
• Engage in general corporate legal work.

Requirements

• Experience in general finance and corporate law.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
• Familiarity with UCC regulations.
• High level of academic achievement preferred.
• Solid law firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
