Duties: Identify legal risks and execute strategies to advance the Company’s business, IT, and Cybersecurity objectives and mitigation plans by understanding legal issues and translating them into easily understood and practical legal advice. Provide legal advice when necessary to respond to a data breach or cybersecurity incidents or an inquiry from government authorities including the Federal Trade Commission, State Attorneys General, or foreign government authorities at the direction of the General Counsel and senior leadership. Assign and manage work performed by outside counsel in a cost-effective manner. Work with multiple teams in a fast paced environment to provide general business counseling and legal advice on routine issues impacting the Company and individual businesses.
