Projects may include litigation of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition and related claims; alternative dispute resolution and mediation.

Must have verifiable references in providing outstanding client service for at least three years

Must have played meaningful roles in at least three intellectual property trials or preliminary injunction / summary judgment motions in the last twenty four months

Ability to remain focused on client objectives throughout duration of long-term litigation

Ability to manage litigation expenses to a budget

Must have outstanding communication skills, including the ability to consciously communicate using intellectual, oral, written, emotional and body language bandwidths

Must be highly proficient with computers and able to work with minimal administrative support
