Duties:

• Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of legal tasks.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.

• Experience in business, transactional, and/or litigation law.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to the New Jersey Bar.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and analytical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency with legal research tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
