This role is essential for managing personal injury cases from intake to resolution, ensuring the delivery of justice and fair compensation to clients. The position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, focusing on delivering outstanding legal services to individuals who have suffered from accidents or negligence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and dedicated to client advocacy.

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial intake through trial or settlement.
• Conduct in-depth investigations to assess liability and damages.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
• Maintain exceptional client communication, providing updates on case progress.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to develop case strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Plaintiff's personal injury attorney.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Admission to practice law in the state of Nevada.
• Proven experience in managing personal injury cases with a strong track record of positive outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of legal professionals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Nevada.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada (Active Bar membership).

Skills:

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
