Location:

Duties:

• Independently manage a caseload of workers’ compensation defense matters

• Handle all aspects of discovery, including depositions and witness interviews

• Prepare and respond to written discovery and draft legal motions

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and potential trials

• Collaborate with team members on litigation strategy and case evaluation

• Maintain consistent communication with clients and opposing counsel

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers’ compensation law (defense experience preferred)

• Ability to work independently and manage assigned caseload

• Experience with general discovery procedures, including depositions and motions practice

• Trial or hearing experience is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and in good standing
