Job Overview:

The Associate Attorney will join a plaintiff-side law firm specializing in wage-and-hour class actions, wrongful termination, and sexual harassment/assault cases. They will work collaboratively on significant cases with the legal team.

Duties:

• Handle plaintiff-side cases involving wage-and-hour class actions, wrongful termination, and sexual harassment/assault.
• Work collaboratively with the legal team on important cases.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and participate in case strategy discussions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Assist with case management and organization.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in plaintiff-side litigation.
• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.

Education:

JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the California State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong litigation skills.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in wage-and-hour class actions, wrongful termination, and sexual harassment/assault cases preferred.
