The candidate will serve as corporate secretary for Board and advise the board on GPO legal matters. Responsible for corporate governance issues and projects. Development of contracts and negotiation of supply chain contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers and other third-party supply chain vendors. Development of contracts and negotiation of GPO participant contracts with GPO clients. Regulatory oversight of the GPO to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. Development of a Compliance Program consistent with all laws and best practices. Apply legal knowledge to successfully develop new product offerings as part of the GPO’s innovative efforts. Create a culture that empowers teams, values innovation, emphasizes people and performance management, and employee engagement and values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
