The candidate will serve as corporate secretary for Board and advise the board on GPO legal matters. Responsible for corporate governance issues and projects. Development of contracts and negotiation of supply chain contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers and other third-party supply chain vendors. Development of contracts and negotiation of GPO participant contracts with GPO clients. Regulatory oversight of the GPO to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
