Development of contracts and negotiation of supply chain contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers and other third-party supply chain vendors. Development of contracts and negotiation of GPO participant contracts with GPO clients. Regulatory oversight of the GPO to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
