Duties

• Conduct thorough research and analysis on employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
• Collaborate with employment, corporate finance, and business practice groups.
• Manage a challenging workload with a commitment to client service.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation.
• Background in qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, ESOPS, health and welfare plans.
• Experience with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and IRC Section 409A.
• Active Missouri license or eligibility to become admitted to the Missouri bar.

Education

• Degree or background in tax, finance, or business preferred.

Certifications

• Missouri bar admission or eligibility.
