A law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to manage and oversee a diverse caseload of litigation and pre-litigation cases. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong track record of handling complex cases from inception through resolution. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively guide case staff, communicate with clients, and ensure efficient case processing.

Duties:

• Oversee and manage a caseload of personal injury litigation and pre-litigation cases.
• Conduct thorough reviews of each case, assessing necessary tasks and developing strategic plans for case progression.
• Provide guidance and support to case staff, including paralegals and legal assistants, to ensure effective and efficient case processing.
• Communicate directly with clients to address their questions, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Document case notes, tasks, and updates in case management software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Report case status and any relevant updates to firm managers regularly.
• Develop and implement strategies for case resolution, including negotiations, settlement discussions, and trial preparation.
• Maintain high standards of client service and case management throughout the litigation process.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling personal injury cases, including litigation and pre-litigation stages.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively.
