A growing personal injury law practice in Boston, MA is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join its dynamic and client-focused team. The position offers the opportunity to manage cases from pre-litigation through trial, work closely with clients, and represent them at hearings, mediations, and trials. A hybrid work schedule is offered with the flexibility to work remotely, except for client meetings and court appearances. The ideal candidate will have a passion for personal injury law and a strong ability to manage cases independently.

Manage personal injury cases from beginning to end (pre-litigation through trial)
Attend court hearings, conduct and defend depositions and discovery
Communicate proactively with clients regarding their injuries, medical treatments, and case status
Coordinate with medical providers, defense firms, and insurance companies to stay updated on client progress
Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients
Represent clients at mediations, trials, hearings, and depositions
Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff
Negotiate settlements on clients' behalf when appropriate
J.D. from an accredited law school
Massachusetts Bar Admission
3+ years of personal injury trial experience (either defense or plaintiff side)
Ability to manage cases from inception to completion
Strong research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
Client-facing experience with a high degree of emotional intelligence
Ability to proactively move cases forward and maintain clear communication with clients
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Massachusetts State Bar License (required)
Superior research and analytical skills
Strong negotiation and drafting abilities
Ability to manage client relationships with a high degree of emotional intelligence
Experience in litigation, mediation, and trial advocacy
Ability to delegate and supervise support staff effectively
