Duties

• Represent clients in probate, estate, real estate, and business law matters

• Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, contracts, leases, and powers of attorney

• Handle probate and estate administration from initiation to resolution

• Assist in real estate transactions, including contract drafting, review, and closings

• Conduct legal research and monitor updates in applicable laws and regulations

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff for efficient case handling

• Provide compassionate and strategic counsel tailored to client needs

Requirements

• Legal experience in probate, estate planning, real estate, or business law

• Strong understanding of Florida legal procedures in applicable practice areas

• Ability to manage caseload independently and meet deadlines

• Client-focused approach and professionalism in all communications

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
