The candidate will engage in real estate development, purchases and sales, corporate real estate, leasing, and mortgage lending, working closely with partners and senior attorneys.

Duties

• Assist in commercial real estate development projects.
• Manage purchases and sales of real estate properties.
• Handle corporate real estate transactions.
• Negotiate and draft leasing agreements.
• Support mortgage lending processes.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Proficiency in drafting, negotiation, and analytical tasks.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the relevant state or eligibility for admission.
