• Engage with clients on escalated matters and paths toward favorable resolution outcomes.
• Coordinate with paralegals and administrative teams to ensure efficient case progression.
• Exercise strategic thinking in evaluating cases and driving outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance litigation practices.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Delaware.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in litigation is helpful but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
