Duties

• Collaborate with partners and clients on representing closely held businesses.
• Advise on entity formation, structuring, and corporate governance.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
• Manage billable hour requirements and maintain accurate timekeeping records.

Requirements

• 5+ years of general corporate experience.
• Prior private firm experience preferred.
• Admitted to the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar, or ability to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
