This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of legal matters related to the hospitality industry. The role involves offering legal counsel, conducting thorough research, participating in negotiations, and engaging in civil litigation across the state of Ohio.

Duties:

• Provide expert legal guidance to clients within the hospitality sector
• Conduct in-depth legal research and offer well-reasoned advice
• Engage in civil litigation, including but not limited to depositions and motion practice
• Represent clients during negotiations, aiming for favorable outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and case management plans
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations specific to the hospitality industry
• Manage cases from initiation through resolution, including trial preparation
• Maintain thorough documentation of legal proceedings and client interactions

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active Bar license to practice law in Ohio
• Proven ability to provide strategic legal advice and research
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail
• Experience with civil litigation and taking depositions is preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
