Duties

• Review and prepare various contracts.

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or credit union sectors preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines under significant time pressure.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with professionalism and client focus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school with an outstanding academic record.

Certifications

• Admission to the Virginia Bar.
• Must remain licensed and in good standing in Virginia.
