Duties

• Work directly with experienced personal injury attorneys.
• Manage an assigned caseload from inception to conclusion.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies.
• Review and approve pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Negotiate settlements and conduct depositions.
• Lead jury trials and use focus groups to improve outcomes.
• Engage in continuous legal education to enhance litigation skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.
• Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Massachusetts Bar admission.
