Consumer Financial Services Litigation Associate

The candidate must have 1-4 years of solid litigation experience; excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills; excellent legal research and analytical skills; effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively, and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs; Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction in which you plan to practice; hands-on litigation and/or regulatory enforcement experience, who are excited about taking on more responsibility and who have a demonstrated interest in consumer financial services litigation and enforcement matters; experience in consumer class actions or enforcement proceedings by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, or other federal and state regulators with jurisdiction over consumer financial services companies is a plus; excellent legal writing and research skills are required.
