Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in a wide range of litigation matters in state and federal courts

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and briefs

• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials

• Manage case files, discovery, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience

• Prior experience with federal court litigation preferred

• Familiarity with high-profile, complex, or high-dollar litigation is advantageous

• Ability and willingness to appear in court and manage active caseloads

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of West Virginia (required)
