We are seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to become a part of our team. You will represent clients in legal proceedings, prepare legal documents, engage in the entire discovery process, and advise clients on legal issues.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on civil litigation matters
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous 2+ years experience in law
- Familiarity with civil litigation, including all aspects of the pre-suit, discovery, trial, and appellate stages.
