Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Maryland State Bar.
• Experience or strong interest in both litigation and transactional matters.
• Proficiency in managing complex cases and transactions.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Effective communication and client service abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Maryland State Bar.
