The candidate will defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases. J.D. from an ABA accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials is required. Higher education experience is desired. Should have 3-5 years of experience, employment law background is strongly preferred. Class action experience is desired. Current NY Bar admission or ability to obtain admission is required.
