Job Overview
A law firm seeks an experienced Conveyancing Attorney in Braintree, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and/or commercial real estate, with a focus on managing transactions from start to finish.

Duties

• Manage residential and commercial real estate closings from contract to post-closing.
• Review and clear title issues.
• Draft and review purchase and sale agreements.
• Conduct closings and represent lenders and buyers/sellers.
• Coordinate with lenders, realtors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of conveyancing experience.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.
• Strong knowledge of title review and clearance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with lender representation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
