Duties

• Handle court appearances, trials, and depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, briefs, and notices.
• Collaborate with clients to develop legal strategies and case management plans.
• Provide effective representation in negotiations and courtroom settings.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Significant litigation and trial experience preferred.
• Strong drafting, communication, and deductive reasoning skills.
• Excellent negotiation and deposition-taking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.

• Strong oral advocacy and courtroom presentation skills.
• Superior analytical skills, including problem-solving and critical thinking.
