Duties

• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate litigation skills.
• Manage all aspects of cases from intake through disposition.
• Conduct daily court proceedings, motions practice, and filings.
• Organize case files and ensure trial readiness.
• Interpret social cues from judges, opposing counsel, and clients.
• Address issues independently during cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients and juries.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil defense.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
• Familiarity with billing time and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
