A law firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in Boca Raton, FL. This position offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to be part of a dynamic team in a growing location.

Duties

• Draft and argue discovery and other motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Engage in case management and lead litigation matters.

Requirements

• Two to three years of experience in commercial and complex litigation.
• Admission to and good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Prior service as a federal court clerk is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.

Skills

• Exceptional organizational, oral, and written advocacy skills.

• Solid understanding of procedural and substantive law.
